For people who want to experience the power of the tablets, you can opt for the cheaper Android tablets. Android tablets are available in India as low as Rs 6,000 and the upper end of the tab Samsung. You can select from a range of tariffs and plans available for the tablet. 3G Tab features a 800 MHz processor and 512 MB of RAM. The Reliance tablet sports a 7-inch multi-touch screen with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. This tablet from Reliance is adorned by a 2 megapixel rear camera and a front facing VGA camera. Reliance 3G tab is priced at Rs. 12999.

iBall Slide i7011 runs on the Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) and powered by ARM Cortex-A8 Processor with 1 GHz processor speed. ViewSonic ViewPad 7 is powered by Android 2.2 (Froyo) and runs on a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor. It is loaded with a VGA camera on the front and rear facing 3 megapixel camera. It also has a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen complete with high resolution of 800 x 400 pixels, with a multi-touch panel. The tablet is priced at 14,990 rupees.
